Privacy Policy
What information geodds.com collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: very little, only to answer you, and we never sell it.

This policy applies to the website at geodds.com (the "Site"), operated by GEODDS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as GeODDs ("GeODDs", "we", "us"). It does not cover information exchanged under a signed consulting agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message, plus your organization and service of interest if you choose to provide them, and a record that you agreed to this policy. These are the only fields we ask for.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running.
- Abuse protection. To stop spam, the contact form keeps a one-way hash of the sender's IP address and the time of the message for about one day, then deletes it.
The Site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss possible work with you.
- To keep a record of business correspondence.
- To protect the Site and the contact form from abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Site. They process information only to provide their service:
- Web hosting and email (InMotion Hosting, United States): hosts the Site, processes contact form messages and delivers our email.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): supplies the typefaces on the Site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and related email are kept as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, and then deleted. Server logs are kept and rotated by our hosting provider.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to our email and hosting accounts is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as passwords or financial details) through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by writing to info@geodds.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and public agencies. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
