Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. Every engagement is set out in a written agreement, including how payments and refunds work.

No online sales
GEODDS, LLC (d/b/a GeODDs) provides professional consulting services to businesses and public agencies. The website at geodds.com does not sell products or services and does not accept payments. Sending a message through the Site does not create any obligation to pay.
Fees and invoicing
Before any work begins, GeODDs and the client sign a written agreement, proposal or task order that defines the scope of work, fees, invoicing schedule and payment terms. For public agencies, the agency's contract terms and any applicable law govern.
Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds of any advance payment or retainer, and the handling of cancelled or terminated work, follow the terms of the signed agreement for that project.
- If an agreement says nothing on the subject, services already performed are billable, and any amount paid in advance for work not yet performed will be refunded.
- To ask about an invoice or a refund, email info@geodds.com with the project name and invoice number.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes do not alter agreements that are already signed.
