These terms govern your use of the website at geodds.com (the "Site"), operated by GEODDS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as GeODDs ("GeODDs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope of our services

GeODDs provides GIS, data-integration and consulting services. GeODDs does not offer or provide engineering or surveying services. GIS data, maps and dashboards we deliver are for planning, asset management and operations; they are not engineering documents or surveys and should not be used as such. Where a project requires engineering, it must be performed by a licensed engineer or engineering firm engaged by the client.

Information only, not professional advice

The content on the Site is general information about GeODDs and its services. It is not engineering, surveying, legal or other professional advice, and it is not a signed and sealed engineering document. Do not rely on it for the design, construction, operation or permitting of any facility.

No client relationship

Using the Site, sending a message through the contact form or emailing us does not create a client or professional relationship with GeODDs or its founder. Such a relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement that defines the scope, fees and terms of the work. Please do not send confidential information until that agreement is in place.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the GeODDs name and logo and the tagline "In every way", are owned by GEODDS, LLC or its principal and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and print or share pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify or reuse the content, name or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks

VTScada, ArcGIS and other product and company names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes sending spam or unsolicited advertising through the contact form, trying to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its server, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to scrape its content.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Payments and refunds

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
